These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Torbero website. By accessing the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

Separate terms may apply to Torbero games, purchases, or services offered through a third-party platform.

You may use this website for lawful, personal, informational, and business-inquiry purposes. You must not:

• interfere with the website’s operation or security;
• attempt unauthorized access to systems or information;
• use automated means to overload, scrape, or disrupt the website;

Do not send confidential information or unsolicited game concepts, stories, characters, or other creative material. We cannot agree to treat unsolicited submissions as confidential or review them under an implied obligation.

You remain responsible for messages you send and must have the right to share their contents.

The website may link to stores, social platforms, publishers, or other third-party services. Torbero does not control those services and is not responsible for their content, availability, security, or privacy practices. Their own terms and policies apply.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to any rights you may have under applicable consumer law, disputes will be submitted to the courts located in Ontario.

9. Changes and severability

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and changing the effective date. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
